Release notes

The original jackets used pale pink and green for the letters and logo box on the cover. Later jackets have a neon green ‘Presley’ and black logo box.

This is the original Indianapolis pressing, with the credit for track A6, ‘Just Because’ erroneously given as (P.D.)

Additionally, the words “NEW ORTHOPHONIC” HIGH FIDELITY are located to the right of the spindle hole. By contrast, the original Rockwell pressing (with P.D.) has “NEW ORTHOPHONIC” HIGH FIDELITY above the spindle hole.

The Indianapolis repress (issued later in 1956) corrected the A6 credits (Bob Shelton - Joe Shelton - Sid Robin).

ELVIS PRESLEY in small print above spindle hole.
