This seems to be the earliest possible black label variant as it is the only one with the following unique features, which changed in all subsequent releases:
• No separation of track A3 into 2 sub-tracks;
• Lists track A4 as “Tomorrow Is A Long Time” (not “Tomorrow Is Such A Long Time”);
• Doesn’t credit the intro to track B1 as additional track B0.

The catalogue number appears a second time in the matrix# box.
