This CD is housed in a jewel case with a folding 3-section / 6-page booklet.
The disc includes seven tracks, and was pressed by Disc Manufacturing, Inc., Huntsville [matrix: DISC MFG, INC. (H)].
Some copies of this original CD pressing included a rectangular black sticker with silver foil printing of the ‘TOOL dick and balls wrench’ logo. Size: 2.5 inches wide x 4 inches high (at the top opening of the wrench is printed the code ‘Z11027-S’ in gray text).
